Gladys has over eight years of experience and is a Certified Personal Trainer through a major fitness chain in the U.S. Gladys holds a Bachelor's Degree from Santa Clara University (2001), a Master's from the University of California Santa Barbara (2005), and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate at UCSB. Gladys' main concern is that her clients feel comfortable and that they are challenged during their customized workouts. Gladys' technique can be described as dynamic training; ensuring that her clients get great results within a minimum amount of time.

Janine is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) An accomplished mother of 5 children she has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. As a nationally ranked gymnast in her teen age years, Janine went on to become a professional dancer performing in such productions as 'Footloose', 'Fame TV series' and many music videos and national televised award shows. She is a highly regarded trainer for a wide range of needs. Being former high-level athlete, Janine has a deep knowledge for those needing to maintain peak performance. Miguel is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and former amateur boxer who served in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 until 2005, attaining the rank of Corporal. Following his military service he worked for a major fitness chain in the city of Thousand Oaks as a fitness counselor for three years. His professional role has included helping hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals. Richard Lemos is a Certified Personal Trainer through Apex and is expecting to receive a Bachelor’s degree from University of Phoenix in the upcoming months. Richard has been assisting clients achieve optimum results as personal trainer for four years. As a mentee of Ivan Lopez and a multi sports enthusiast, Richard is driven to produce results for aspiring professional athletes as well as for those who are serious about their own health and fitness. Matt McCann holds a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Prior to his time at CSUN, Matt received a Bachelor’s degree from California Lutheran University in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine with an emphasis in Human Performance. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. In 2005, Matt started his fitness coaching career. Since then, he has designed and implemented individualized fitness and athletic development programs to meet his clients’ goals and specific needs. As an experienced professional, Matt is particularly passionate about improving his clients’ overall quality of life by assisting them in exceeding their own expectations.

Allan is a 2008 graduate of San Diego State University with a BA degree in Psychology and has over 2,000 hours of personal training experience. He is known best for his mental and spiritual approach to health and fitness, results-driven high performance training techniques, and incredible ability to motivate others. Chris has been personally assisting people of all walks of life, from prep athletes to seniors, reach their fitness, performance and wellness goals for over 18 years. An avid lifelong surfer, waterman and sports fanatic raised by a very health conscious Mom, Chris realized early on how vital it was to be healthy and fit in order to compete and the edge it gave you in life. As a result he has dedicated his life to helping people improve their strength, speed, agility as well as lead an over all better quality of life. Chris has an extensive background that includes a National Academy of Sports Medicine education (NASM CPT, PES, 1992-2005), 6 years with the Santa Clarita Athletic Club (1993-1999) and 6 years with the Sports Club Company/Spectrum Club Company (1999-2005), where he was recognized for outstanding performance in 2000. Chris is currently certified by and has been studying with the National College of Exercise Professionals (NCEP) over the last 10 years. Here he has been exploring Exercise Therapy (trigger point therapy and corrective exercise), sports conditioning and performance enhancement as well as holistic performance nutrition. Frank Le Febre is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will complete his Bachelor’s degree within the following months. With over 2,000 hours of training experience and countless success stories, he is among the top-notch trainers in Ventura County. He has many specialized certifications ranging from increasing sports performance to assisting in corrective exercises (rehabilitation). As a resident of the Thousand Oaks community, Frank prides himself in partaking in multiple sporting and volunteer activities. He has been given the opportunity to teach handicapped children how to play soccer as wells as being a strength and conditioning coach for a local high school. And though he is extensively active in the community, Frank’s number one goal is to let his passion for physical fitness encourage and motivate his clients to not only reach their goals, but exceed them.

Veronica is a certified personal trainer through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. Born and raised in Harstad, Norway, Veronica has lived in California for 10 years. Veronica has been an accomplished equestrian for 30 years, training both horses and riders. Alongside training horses, she has grown extremely passionate and fascinated with the art of body sculpting over the last 15 years. Veronica is TriFit competitor, competing with athletes all over the U.S. and Canada in one of the most physically demanding sports. She believes that with time, patience, dedication, discipline and knowledge we can train our bodies to be competitive in any sport we choose and achieve the look that we desire. She has acquired additional fitness-related knowledge from professional figure competitors, body builders and fitness athletes. Veronica believes that it is important to continue to learn more about fitness by taking every opportunity she has to attend training, nutrition and supplementation seminars hosted by some of the best in the industry.
